We sat down with Tony and his blank canvas. He led us through a process of creation, rooted from our needs and wants.

By the time the ideas were turned into Art, he had created a concept of a kitchen that was so much more than our thoughts could ever deliver.

We had no reason to question the length of time he told us the job would take, but we still did. Amazingly enough, he was finished a week ahead of schedule.

The workmanship is fantastic. The cabinets, flooring, granite, and appliances he recommended have elevated our kitchen into the category of “Dream Build”.

We have and are used to nice things, so it should not have shocked us that the only terrible space in our home should turn out well after investing in it. The simple truth of the matter is that our expectations were blown away.

Over the last 16 years, there’s only been one person whose construction company we have trusted to come into our precious home for three separate projects: Tony Baiardi of Baiardi Construction.

Thanks to Tony’s three-dimensional drawings, we were able to see the indoor remodeling project before it was ever started. He tore down walls and moved and installed new ones along with new plumbing. He took our outdated house, and breathed new and modern life into it. Tony’s ability to choose the perfect trim, moldings, etc. created our ultimate dream master bathroom, with bead board, wainscot and crown/window/base moldings. It’s breathtaking. He rebuilt our existing kitchen, installing new walls, crown molding, bead board, base molding and case molding, as well as wide plank-style virgin oak flooring that has three finishes. It’s honestly like walking on furniture.

He has also built a four-season sunroom with a wraparound deck and exterior upgrades, and a gorgeous outbuilding that follows the design of our house expertly.

Tony Baiardi’s creative energy and vision, integrity, broad experience and his highly-skilled crew make an unstoppable combination. He is effective, fast, and we can rest assured that every single structural detail has gotten more attention than we can even imagine, creating something that looks as stunning as it is expertly constructed. I can't say enough positive things about the quality and attention I received from Tony Baiardi of Baiardi Construction. He built my Insurance Agency building as well as renovated my bathroom at my home. His attention to detail is phenomenal. We started our project with another design firm and were NOT pleased. We called Baiardi Construction, and Tony Baiardi had a completely new concept created after only one hour of listening to our needs two days later. He took care of all of the zoning issues of our lot and got approval.

We love to talk about all the gorgeous changes he made! The interior floors were totally gutted, and the main floor master bed was moved upstairs to some new space we wanted added. That area downstairs was turned into a country kitchen. The basement laundry was moved to the second floor. The garage received a new truss system to allow a bedroom above. The waterfront second story now is the location of the master suite and master jacuzzi bath.

Two zone heating and cooling was installed, new Marvin windows, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and a new wrap-around deck. All of this was done in only three and a half months and started in the dead of winter.

Tony saved our remodeling project and turned it into something extraordinary.
